We all have a lot going on, we are all busy, and sometimes, we all overlook things in our crazy schedules. So when it comes to important days, the LSR Beauty Team wants to help make everything run as smoothly and as stress-free as possible! For this to happen, appointments for hair and makeup need to be booked in advance to avoid any extra freak outs! 

The LSR Beauty Team just implemented a new policy: Appointments MUST be booked 7 days prior to the show. Why? There are a few reasons for this, all of which are to benefit the competitors in the best way possible. 

1. Artist availability - If competitors wait until the last minute to book their appointments, there may not be an available artist OR there may not be enough artists to fill the last-minute demand.

2. Proper booking times - If a competitor waits until the last minute to try and book an appointment, chances are that the time will not be ideal. This causes extra and unnecessary stress and pressure on your morning, which is NOT how you want to start your competition day. 

3. Services - If a competitor books late, as stated before, they typically do not get their ideal time. When this happens, there may not be enough time for the services they want and/or expect. For example, they may have to go without hair extensions because their window of artist availability did not fit with the show’s schedule. 

These are the primary reasons why booking appointments ahead of time is extremely important, and why the LSR Beauty Team has put in place a 7-day guideline for booking.
