I think that we are always hearing “drink your 8 glasses of water a day”. Assumingly, it will cause our skin to re-hydrate right? WRONG! Who knew? Although water does wonderful things for your body from detoxifying, speeding up metabolism, and does make your skin appear better (especially if you have acne) but as far as re-hydration of the skin and creating it look more youthful, no. Try using a moisturizer that keeps the moisture in the skin and from not evaporating or products that are anti-humectants.
